In AC current, a current transformer is used to sample the current for measurement. In DC current, this is done by the current converter module. The linear function of this module is very important for accurate measurement. The task of this module is to convert the DC current generated from the wheels of the locomotive and to sample it and convert it to a very low ampere to send to the processor system in order to control the performance and coordinate and balance the load on the wheels with each other.
Considering the problems of buying foreign products for companies and organizations in the country, in another measure, the company of Peyvand Fanavaye Giti has made and manufactured this board with the cost of using the experience and capabilities of domestic experts, which is lower than the foreign sample. Now it is working in the GM locomotives of the MP model of the Islamic Republic of Iran Railway Company.
